How do I open the Plan & Billing page?
You can access your account settings from any page within the WiseStamp interface.
Profile icon: Click the Profile in the top right of the screen.
Plan & Billing: Select Plan & Billing in the dropdown menu.
Where can I check my current plan information?
Profile icon: Click the Profile in the top right of the screen.
Plan & Billing: Select Plan & Billing in the dropdown menu.
Subscriptions: Find the Subscriptions section at the top of the Plan & Billing page.
How do I update my payment method or billing details?
Billing information is located in the middle of the Plan & Billing page. Only account owners have the permission to modify these details:
Edit Billing information: Click Edit in the top-right corner of Billing information.
Update details: Enter your new credit card information, invoice details, or billing email address.
Save changes: Click Update Billing Information to finalize the update.
Where can I see my receipts and payment history?
Billing history is located at the bottom of the Plan & Billing page. This section provides a list of all past transactions, including the date and the amount paid.
Download an invoice: Click the invoice number to download the record as a PDF file for your records.
