Billing Information and Billing History

The Plan & Billing page allows you to maintain your financial information and access your past transaction records. Only account owners have the necessary permissions to modify billing details or payment methods.

How do I update my credit card or payment method?

You can change your saved payment details at any time from your dashboard.

  1. Profile icon: Click the Profile in the top right of the screen.

  2. Plan & Billing: Select Plan & Billing in the dropdown menu.

  3. Edit: Locate the Billing information section in the middle of the page and click Edit in the top-right corner.

  4. Update payment method: Enter your new card number, expiration date (MM/YY), and CVV under Payment Method.

  5. Save changes: Click Update Billing Information to finalize the update.

How do I change my company address or billing email?

Your invoice details ensure your receipts are accurate for tax and accounting purposes.

  1. Navigate to Billing information on the Plan & Billing page.

  2. Click Edit in the top-right corner of Billing information.

  3. Update your Company Name, Address, City, or Postal Code.

  4. Update the billing email address where you wish to receive future receipts.

  5. Click Update Billing Information to save these settings.

Where can I find and download my invoices?

WiseStamp maintains a chronological record of all your previous purchases and issued invoices. Your invoices are also automatically sent to your billing email address.

  1. Scroll to the bottom of the Plan & Billing page to Billing history.

  2. Download an invoice: Click the invoice number to download the record as a PDF file for your records.

Why can I not see my billing information or billing history?

If any section is missing from your Plan & Billing page, or if you cannot access it at all, this is likely because only the Account Owner has permission to view and manage billing details. Users with other admin roles cannot access payment information.

In some cases, older accounts or plans may also prevent billing information and history from appearing. If you need access to billing records, please contact our support team, and we’ll provide the information you need.

How do I transfer account ownership?

The current Account owner can log into their WiseStamp account and manually switch the account ownership to another user from within the account.

How to transfer account ownership:

  1. Profile icon: Click the Profile in the top right of the screen.

  2. Account users: Select Account users from the dropdown list.

  3. Edit account ownership: Click the three-dot icon and select Edit.

  4. Change name and email: In the popup, change the name and email to those of the new account owner.

How do I access billing or transfer account ownership if the original account owner has left the company?

If the current account owner is no longer with the company, please reach out to the support team so we can help you transfer the account ownership.
