This topic outlines the methods available for logging in and out of your WiseStamp account from your computer.
Are you an admin or an employee? The WiseStamp account (webapp.wisestamp.com) is for admins, the login emails set up for the account. If you are an employee on a team and your email is not one of these account logins, you cannot sign in to the webapp, and there is no webapp password for you to reset. Instead, manage your signature through your Employee Hub at hub.wisestamp.com: enter your email address and the code that is emailed to you. See Employee Hub for details.
How to log into your account?
Logging into your WiseStamp account is simple and secure. We offer multiple methods for you to access your account.
Method 1: Log in with an email address
Go to webapp.wisestamp.com/login.
Enter the email address associated with your WiseStamp account.
Enter your password.
Click Log in.
Method 2: Login with Google
If you created your WiseStamp account using the Google Connect button, you can log in directly using Google.
Go to the WiseStamp login page (see link above).
Click Continue with Google.
Select the Google account you used to create your WiseStamp account. You may be asked to enter your Google password.
Method 3: Login with Facebook
Users who have signed up in the past using their Facebook account can still log in directly to their WiseStamp account using their Facebook account.
Go to the WiseStamp login page (see link above).
Click Continue with Facebook.
Enter your Facebook login details when prompted, and then click Login.
Method 4: Single sign-on (SSO)
SSO integration can be used to easily log into your WiseStamp account. Any SSO solution that is SAML 2.0 compliant can be integrated with WiseStamp. SSO integration is performed by the administrator of your WiseStamp account. For more information on how to configure and integrate SSO, see SSO Login Configuration.
Once SSO is set up with your WiseStamp account, you can log in to WiseStamp using any SSO solution that is SAML 2.0 compliant.
SSO is available on our Legacy Enterprise, Platform, and Enterprise plans. For more information, please contact our support team.

Can't find your account, or signed in but something looks wrong?
Sometimes a login problem is not a password or browser issue at all. It happens because you have more than one email address, and your WiseStamp account or subscription is tied to a different email than the one you are trying to use. This is common if you have several work or personal emails, or if you signed up a while ago. This section helps you find the right email on your own, and explains when to contact our support team so we can look up the account for you.
There is no self-serve page that lists which email your account is under. Only our support team can look this up in our system. The steps below help you narrow down the likely email before you reach out.
How to figure out which email your account is under
If you are not sure which email address your WiseStamp account or subscription uses, try these checks in order. Each one can point you to the right email to log in with.
Search all of your inboxes for WiseStamp emails. Search every email account you own for messages from WiseStamp. Look for a receipt, invoice, or welcome email. The inbox that received these emails is almost always the email your account is under. Remember to check Spam, Junk, and Promotions folders too.
Check your payment records if you have a paid plan. Look in your bank or card statement, or your PayPal history, for a WiseStamp charge. The email tied to that payment is often the email on your subscription.
Check whether you have more than one Google account. If you sign in with Google, you may have created your WiseStamp account under a different Google account than the one you are using now. Click your profile picture in the top right of Gmail to see all the Google accounts you are signed into, and try each one.
Confirm how you originally signed up. If you created your account with Continue with Google, logging in with an email and password will not work, and the reverse is also true. If you are unsure, try Continue with Google first.

I am an employee and cannot log in to the webapp | If you are an employee on a team (not an admin), you do not log in to the WiseStamp webapp, and there is no webapp password for you to reset. Manage your signature through your Employee Hub at hub.wisestamp.com instead. Enter your email address and the code emailed to you.
