If you have forgotten your WiseStamp account password, follow these steps to reset it:
Go to the WiseStamp login page (webapp.wisestamp.com/v1/login).
Click Forgot your password?
You will receive an email with a 6-digit code.
Enter the code.
Enter your new password and then re-enter the same password to confirm.
Click reset password.
It may take a few minutes for the email to arrive. Be sure to check your spam or junk folders if you don't see the email in your inbox.
Are you an employee rather than an admin? This password reset is for the WiseStamp account login, which is used by admins. If you are an employee on a team and your email is not one of the account login addresses, you do not have a password to reset. Manage your signature through your Employee Hub at hub.wisestamp.com instead: enter your email address and the code that was emailed to you.
