Changing Your Email Address or Password

This topic explains how to change your email address and password for your WiseStamp account. You can change your sign-in email address and password at any time.

To change your email address:

  1. Sign in to your WiseStamp account.

  2. Click the Profile icon in the upper right corner and select Profile.

  3. In the Email field, replace the existing email with your new email.

  4. Click Save Changes.

To change your password:

  1. Sign in to your WiseStamp account.

  2. Click the Profile icon in the upper right corner and select Profile.

  3. In the Password field, enter your new password.

  4. In the Confirm New Password field, enter your password again. If the confirm password is not the same as the new password, the Save Changes button stays inactive.

  5. Click Save Changes, and a pop-up appears for you to confirm changing your password.

  6. Enter your old password and click Save Changes.

Remember to choose a strong password that includes a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters to enhance your account's security.

Keep your sign-in credentials confidential and avoid using the same password across multiple platforms.
