This topic explains how to change your email address and password for your WiseStamp account. You can change your sign-in email address and password at any time.
To change your email address:
Sign in to your WiseStamp account.
Click the Profile icon in the upper right corner and select Profile.
In the Email field, delete the current email address and type in the new email address.
Click Save Changes.
When the verification popup appears, enter your current password.
Click Save Changes again to finalize the update.
To reset your password:
This process is for users who are already logged in. If you have forgotten your password, use the Forgot Password link on the login page.
Sign in to your WiseStamp account.
Click the Profile icon in the top right of the page and select Profile.
In the Reset password section, click Reset password.
Check your email inbox for a 4-digit code.
If you don't see it within a few minutes, click Resend code at the bottom of the verification page.
On the verification page, enter the 4-digit code.
Enter your new password, then type it again in the Reenter password field.
Click Reset password to save.
Remember to choose a strong password that includes a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters to enhance your account's security. Keep your sign-in credentials confidential and avoid using the same password across multiple platforms.
