Before You Start: Access the Employee Hub
You install signatures from your Employee Hub, which you open from a signature link email. To send that link:
Go to the Employees page and find the relevant person.
Assign a primary signature to the person.
Click the three-dot menu next to their name and select Send signature link. To set yourself up, send the link to your own name; to set up an employee, send it to that employee, not to yourself.
Open the email and click the link to enter the Employee Hub.
If you are not an admin, ask your admin to send you the signature link.
Connect with Google Connect
Google Connect allows us to insert a signature into your Gmail signature settings by connecting WiseStamp directly to your Google settings. Google Connect is available on all plans, including Legacy Free. Unlike the copy /paste method of adding a signature to Gmail, using Google Connect does not require any manual updates to your Gmail account. Furthermore, every time you send an email, Google checks WiseStamp for the latest signature, so any changes you make are automatically deployed into your Gmail signature settings.
Keep in mind that Google Connect can handle one email signature paired with one Gmail address. If you need to create multiple signatures, or need to use the same signature with multiple email addresses, see WiseStamp Chrome Extension.
Set up Google Connect
To start using WiseStamp with Google Connect, follow these steps. If you already have a WiseStamp account, start from Step 3.
In your Employee Hub, click Install for the relevant signature.
In the Installation page, select Gmail.
Where you see Install your signature with, select Google Connect.
Click the Sign in with Google link.
In the pop-up, choose the Google account you want to connect.
Review the permissions and click Continue to grant access.
Wait a moment for the connection to complete. Refresh your Gmail page.
Click Compose to open a new email and see your WiseStamp signature.
From now on, every time you compose a new message, you will see your new WiseStamp signature at the bottom of your email.
