Clear Cache

Clearing your cache removes temporary files that may cause loading or login issues. It helps your browser or app load the most up-to-date version of WiseStamp.

Clear cache in Google Chrome:

  1. Open a new tab and go to chrome://history/.

  2. On the left panel, click Delete browsing data.

  3. Make sure Cookies and Cached images are both selected, and then click Delete data.


Clear cache in Firefox:

  1. Open a new tab in Firefox and go to about:preferences#privacy. Scroll down to the Cookies & Site Data option.

  2. Click Clear Data.

  3. In the pop-up, click Clear.


Clear cache in Safari:

  1. Open Safari and find the menu bar at the top left corner of your screen.

  2. Click Safari, then select Clear History from the menu.

  3. In the pop-up, select how far back to clear (we recommend the Today option) and click Clear History.


If you have already tried clearing your cache and the page still won't load, try accessing it in Incognito/Private mode or using a different browser.
