Clear Cache

Updated over 3 weeks ago

Clearing your cache removes temporary files that may cause loading or login issues. It helps your browser or app load the most up-to-date version of WiseStamp.

Clear cache in Google Chrome:

  1. Click the three dots in the top-right corner of the browser.

  2. Select Settings > Privacy and security > Clear browsing data.

  3. In the dialog box that opens, ensure the following options are checked:

    • Cookies and other site data

    • Cached images and files

  4. Click Clear data.

  5. Refresh your WiseStamp settings page and reload your email client to test the signature.

Clear cache in Firefox:

  1. Click the three lines in the top-right corner of the browser.

  2. Navigate to Settings > Privacy & Security.

  3. Under Cookies and Site Data, click Clear Data.

  4. Select both:

    • Cookies and Site Data

    • Cached Web Content

  5. Click Clear to remove the selected data.

Clear cache in Safari:

  1. Open Safari and find the menu bar at the top left corner of your screen.

  2. Click Safari, then select Clear History from the menu.

  3. In the pop-up, select how far back to clear (we recommend the Today option) and click Clear History.

Clear cache in Microsoft Edge:

  1. Click the three dots in the top-right corner of the browser.

  2. Go to Settings > Privacy, search, and services.

  3. Under Clear browsing data, select Choose what to clear.

  4. Check the boxes next to:

    • Cookies and other site data

    • Cached images and files

  5. Click Clear now.

If you have already tried clearing your cache and the page still won't load, try accessing it in Incognito/Private mode or using a different browser. Also, ensure that your browser is up-to-date and check if any extensions are causing conflicts by disabling them temporarily.
