Clearing your cache removes temporary files that may cause loading or login issues. It helps your browser or app load the most up-to-date version of WiseStamp.
Clear cache in Google Chrome:
Open a new tab and go to chrome://history/.
On the left panel, click Delete browsing data.
Make sure Cookies and Cached images are both selected, and then click Delete data.
Clear cache in Firefox:
Open a new tab in Firefox and go to about:preferences#privacy. Scroll down to the Cookies & Site Data option.
Click Clear Data.
In the pop-up, click Clear.
Clear cache in Safari:
Open Safari and find the menu bar at the top left corner of your screen.
Click Safari, then select Clear History from the menu.
In the pop-up, select how far back to clear (we recommend the Today option) and click Clear History.
