To use WiseStamp with Microsoft, you must connect your Microsoft Entra ID directory to WiseStamp. This article explains the Microsoft integration process for WiseStamp Teams users.
Only the domain's Global Admin can complete the integration. If you are not the Global Admin, select Send instructions to another person in the popup and enter their email address. Before starting, the Global Admin must be signed in to their Microsoft account in a separate tab and signed out of any other Microsoft accounts in the same browser.
Why integrate your Microsoft directory?
WiseStamp automatically identifies email domains and offers the option to integrate during set up or later from the Integrations page. Once integrated, you can:
Sync employees with WiseStamp.
Automatically add new employees or remove those who are no longer part of your organization.
Since the Microsoft integration mechanism does not allow automatic signature push, once integration is complete, you can automatically populate your employee signatures into Outlook by installing the WiseStamp Outlook Add-In or the WiseStamp App for Outlook Desktop.
How to integrate your Microsoft directory
From Integrations:
On the main navigation panel, click Integrations.
On the Integrations page, select Microsoft Entra ID.
Click Connect in the upper-right corner.
In the popup, select I'm the Global Admin, then click Connect. (If you are not the Global Admin, select Send instructions to another person, enter the Global Admin's email address, and click Send request.)
In the popup, log into your Microsoft account.
In the Permissions requested window, review the permissions requested and click Accept.
After your integration is successful, a confirmation that your domain is now integrated with WiseStamp will appear.
Click Sync all employees or Sync specific to start syncing.
When clicking Sync specific, a list of your departments will be displayed.
Select the departments you want to sync and click Save & sync. During syncing, a notification appears in the lower-left corner to shows its progress.
To deploy signatures to your employees, proceed with the WiseStamp Outlook Add-In Installation.
If the administrator email on WiseStamp and the domain you are trying to connect are different (for example, the administrator email is [email protected] and the domain you are trying to connect is domain2.com), you will be asked to send an invitation email with the integration instructions to the domain's Global Admin.
From Employees:
On the Employees page, click Connect with Microsoft Entra ID if it is displayed. If it is not, click Add employees, open the Connect dropdown, and select Microsoft Entra ID.
The connection popup opens directly on the Employees page.

From Settings:
