With Surveys, you can collect structured feedback from your customers using survey templates like CSAT, NPS, 5-Star, and Yes/No surveys. Surveys help you see exactly where your customers are satisfied with your product or service and where improvements are needed.
Surveys can be used for:
Customer Support Satisfaction : Send a quick CSAT survey after a support interaction to measure satisfaction.
Event Feedback: Share an NPS survey after a webinar or demo to measure how likely attendees are to recommend your company.
Product Feedback: Include a survey link in follow-up emails or newsletters to gather insights on a specific feature or product.
Internal Feedback: Collect structured input from employees or teams on processes or initiatives.
!note!Surveys are currently available only for admins, owners, and researchers.!/note!

WiseStamp currently supports three common types:

NPS (Net Promoter Score): Measures how likely customers are to recommend your company to others.
5-Star Survey: Measures customer experience, a product, or a service on a scale of 1 to 5 stars, from poor to excellent.
Yes/No Survey: Measures agreement, confirmation, or basic approval/disapproval on a specific question or action, with responses limited to Yes or No.
How Surveys Work
Creating and sharing a survey is simple:
Choose a template (CSAT, NPS, 5-Star, or Yes/No).
Create a survey.
Share via email (copy survey), signature embed, your CRM (email embed), or direct link.
Your survey automatically tracks engagement and response data.

Your Surveys page shows all surveys in a simple table, with each row representing a survey:
Name – The internal name of your survey.
Survey Type – CSAT, NPS, 5-Star, or Yes/No.
Owner – The survey’s creator. Only they can make changes and manage the survey.
Responses Count – How many people have completed your survey.
Creation Date – When the survey was created.
Finding your surveys
Search - Type part of a survey’s name or the owner's name into the search bar to locate it quickly.
Filter - Click on the filter icon of a column title so you only see employees who meet certain conditions.
Sort – Click on a column title to reorder the table. For example, sort by Created at to see your oldest surveys first, or by Responses to review the surveys with the most feedback. By default, surveys are sorted from newest to oldest.
