Once your survey is live, you can track performance and gather insights directly from your Survey Dashboard by clicking the survey name in your list of surveys. Results are divided into two main views: Overview and Responses.

Overview Tab

The Overview tab gives you a high-level look at how your survey is performing over time.

  • Time frame – Use the dropdown to filter results (e.g., last 7 days, last 14 days, or customized start and end date).

  • Score – The overall average rating for your survey.

  • Opened – The number of people who opened the survey.

  • Responded – Percentage of how many people answered at least the first question.

  • Completed – The percentage of people who finished the survey.

  • Dropped off – The percentage of people who opened but did not complete the survey.

  • Charts

    • Total responses – The total count of survey submissions in the selected time frame.

    • Score over time The overall score for your survey over the selected time frame.

    • Sentiment distribution – The proportion of positive, neutral, and negative responses. The total number of responses is displayed in the center.

    • Answer distribution – The total responses for each option in the selected timeframe.

    • Team members – If available, a list of team members with their scores and sentiment distribution.

Responses Tab

The Responses tab shows individual-level feedback so you can dig deeper into what respondents are saying.

  • Date – The exact day the response was submitted.

  • Rating – The score given to your primary survey question (e.g., 1–5 for CSAT, 0–10 for NPS).

  • Sentiment – Automatic classification of the response as Positive, Neutral, or Negative.

  • Name – The respondent’s name, if identity collection was enabled. Otherwise, this field may show “No Data.”

  • Email – The respondent’s email address, if collected, if identity collection was enabled. Otherwise, this field may show “No Data.”

  • Comment – Any open-text feedback provided in the follow-up question.

At the top right, you’ll also see an Export Responses button. This lets you download a CSV file of all responses, including timestamps, scores, comments, and any additional metadata, so you can analyze results outside of the platform.
