Once your link is live, you can track performance and engagement directly from your Links Dashboard. Results are divided into two main views: Overview and Engagement.

Overview Tab

The Overview tab gives you a high-level look at how your link is performing over time.

  • Time frame – Use the dropdown to filter results (e.g., last 7 days, last 14 days, or customized start and end date).

  • Clicks – The total number of times your link was clicked.

  • Scans – The number of times your QR code was scanned, if enabled.

  • Top country The country where the majority of people who clicked your link are located.

  • Top referrer – The website or platform where most traffic originated.

  • Charts

    • Total engagement – The combined total of clicks and scans during the selected time frame.

    • Location distribution – The percentage of link interactions from each country during the selected time frame.

Device distribution – The percentage of link interactions by device type (e.g., desktop, mobile, tablet) during the selected timeframe.

Referrer distribution – The total number of link interactions from each domain during the selected timeframe.

This view helps you quickly spot trends, such as which channels drive the most traffic, or whether engagement is growing over time.

Engagement Tab

The Engagement tab shows individual-level interaction data so you can dig deeper into how people are engaging with your links.

  • Date – The exact day the engagement occurred.

  • Source – Where the click or scan originated (e.g., social media, email, direct).

  • Region – The geographic location of the visitor.

  • Mobile Device – Whether the link was accessed via smartphone or not.

  • Referrer – The referring website or app that drove the traffic.

At the top right, you’ll also see an Export Report button. This lets you download a CSV file of all engagement data, including timestamps, sources, devices, and regional insights, so you can analyze results outside of the platform.
