WiseStamp is a powerful tool that enables you to create professional email signatures that can enhance your email appearance and functionality. While Gmail and Outlook users can leverage the dedicated WiseStamp extension or app, users of other email platforms also have straightforward methods to incorporate WiseStamp into their emails. This article guides you through the steps required to do so.

Integrate with other email platforms
For non-Gmail or Outlook users, there are three methods available: WiseStamp extension, HTML code provided by WiseStamp, or copy/paste the signature (for platforms that support HTML signatures).

Method 1: WiseStamp extension

Method 2: HTML code
In your Signatures page, find the signature you'd like to install.
Click Install on the relevant signature.
Click Other.
Where you see Install your signature with, select HTML Code.
Click the Copy icon to copy the HTML code.
Follow the instructions to insert your signature:
Go to the settings or preferences menu in your email client and locate the Signature or Email Signature section.
Look for an option to edit or create a new email signature. Here, you should find the option that lets you insert HTML code.
Paste the HTML code you copied.
Click Save or Apply to confirm your changes.
Compose a new email to verify that your signature is displayed as intended.
Method 3: Copying/pasting the signature
This method is suitable for users whose email platforms support HTML signatures.
In your Signatures page, find the signature you'd like to install.
Click Install on the relevant signature.
Click Other.
Where you see Install your signature with, select Copy/Paste.
Click the Copy icon to copy the signature.
Follow the instructions to insert your signature:
Go to the settings or preferences menu in your email client and locate the Signature or Email Signature section.
Look for an option to edit or create a new email signature. Here, paste your copied signature.
Click Save or Apply to confirm your changes.
Compose a new email to verify that your signature is displayed as intended.
That's it! Make sure to save your new signature properly per your mail programs setup and when you compose a new email the signature appears at the bottom.
