To navigate to these settings:
On the navigation panel on the left, click Settings.
This will open straight to the Organization settings tab.

How do I stop signature icons from appearing enlarged in Outlook?
If system icons in your email signatures appear abnormally large, stretched, or blown out when received in Microsoft Outlook, it is caused by a Rich Text Format (RTF) issue.
When using Maximum image quality, Outlook sometimes ignores the scaling code in RTF emails and displays the full 2x icon file size. You can stop Outlook from expanding these icons by switching to the Fit image to signature size preference.
To change this setting:
Navigate to your Settings > Organization tab.
Scroll down to the Image rendering preference section.
Switch the selection to Fit image to signature size.
