What is the Surveys feature in WiseStamp?

Surveys is a WiseStamp feature that lets you collect structured feedback from customers using templates like CSAT, NPS, 5-Star, and Yes/No. You can share a survey by email, in your email signature, through your CRM, or with a direct link, and then track responses.

Why did Surveys suddenly appear in my account?

Surveys is a new WiseStamp feature that has been rolled out to your account automatically. You do not need to install or activate anything. It appears in your main navigation panel ready to use whenever you want it.

Did I sign up for the Surveys feature?

The Surveys feature was added to your WiseStamp account as part of a standard feature rollout, so you did not need to sign up separately. It is available for you to use, and using it is optional.

Do I have to use the Surveys feature?

No, using the Surveys feature is optional. Surveys appears in your account so you can collect feedback when you want to, but you can ignore it if you do not need it. Your existing signatures and settings are not affected.

Who can create surveys in my account?

Surveys are currently available only to admins, owners, and researchers. Employees do not have access to create surveys. If you cannot create a survey, check that your role is admin, owner, or researcher.
