What is the Links feature in WiseStamp?
Links is a WiseStamp feature that turns long URLs into short, branded, trackable links and QR codes. You can use it to share a link in a post, on a business card, or in an email, and then track clicks and scans. Short, branded links are easier to read, remember, and share.
Why did Links suddenly appear in my account?
Links is a new WiseStamp feature that has been rolled out to your account automatically. You do not need to install or activate anything. It appears in your main navigation panel and is ready to use whenever you want it.
Did I sign up for the Links feature?
The Links feature was added to your WiseStamp account as part of a standard feature rollout, so you did not need to sign up separately. It is available for you to use, and using it is optional.
Do I have to use the Links feature?
No, using the Links feature is optional. Links appears in your account so you can create short, trackable links when you want to, but you can ignore it if you do not need it. Your existing signatures and settings are not affected.
Who can see the links I create?
Admins can see every link created across the company through the WiseStamp dashboard. Employees can only see the links they personally created. The link owner is the person who sees the link in their Employee Hub and receives email notifications about it.
