Plan & Billing Overview

The Plan & Billing page is the centralized dashboard for managing your email signature subscription. This page allows you to review your current subscription details, update payment settings, and access your billing history.

How do I open the Plan & Billing page?

You can access your account settings from any page within the WiseStamp interface.

  1. Profile icon: Click the Profile in the top right of the screen.

  2. Plan & Billing: Select Plan & Billing in the dropdown menu.

Where can I check my current plan information?

  1. Profile icon: Click the Profile in the top right of the screen.

  2. Plan & Billing: Select Plan & Billing in the dropdown menu.

  3. Subscriptions: Find the Subscriptions section at the top of the Plan & Billing page.

How do I update my payment method or billing details?

Billing information is located in the middle of the Plan & Billing page. Only account owners have the permission to modify these details:

  1. Edit Billing information: Click Edit in the top-right corner of Billing information.

  2. Update details: Enter your new credit card information, invoice details, or billing email address.

  3. Save changes: Click Update Billing Information to finalize the update.

Where can I see my receipts and payment history?

Billing history is located at the bottom of the Plan & Billing page. This section provides a list of all past transactions, including the date and the amount paid.

Download an invoice: Click the invoice number to download the record as a PDF file for your records.
