Tracking and Analytics
Track your signature clicks
Google Analytics provides an easy way to check the traffic that arrives from your signatures to your online assets. To enable this feature you need to add UTM parameters at the end of all links within your WiseStamp signature. This article explains how to set up and use the Analytics feature in WiseStamp to track your signatures’ performance, and how to send signature click data to your Google Analytics.
To track your signature clicks, add UTM parameters to the signature links. The tracking and measuring of the links activity is done on your Google Analytics platforms.
To set up the Analytics app on your domain, go to https://marketingplatform.google.com/about/analytics and follow the instructions.
To add UTM parameter tags
- Navigate to the Analytics tab.
- Check the Send clicks data to Google Analytics section. When this option is checked, WiseStamp automatically adds UTM tags to each link on your signatures, so you can track the traffic of your WiseStamp links.
- To edit the UTM parameters click Edit.
- Edit your campaign name, medium, and source to meet your needs.
!tip! We recommend using company or employee attributes for a personalized analysis. This way, you can track the clicks on the signature links for each employee.!/tip!
Tracking your signature impressions

This feature calculates the number of times any of your employees' signatures was loaded (when composing new emails, replying, forwarding, etc.) excluding spam emails or any emails that didn't have recipients.!/open!
!important! WiseStamp does not track your emails nor acquire any private information in any way. !/important!
