Billing and Payments Overview

This topic walks you through WiseStamp’s Plan and Billing page. It explains how to view or change your WiseStamp subscription details.

On the Billing and Payment page, you can:

  • Review your billing information.

  • Update your billing settings.

  • Review your billing history and download your previous invoices.


Plan and Billing page

The Plan and Billing page provides useful information about your current subscription, such as your subscription plan and automatic renewal date. On this page, you can also view your billing history, download your invoices, change your billing email address, and change your payment method.

To open the Plan and Billing page:

  1. Click the Profile icon in the upper right corner.

  2. Select Plan & Billing.


Viewing your subscription plan

On the Plan and Billing page, you can see a summary of features included in your subscription. You can also check your plan's automatic renewal date and payment details here.

Changing payment details

On the Plan and Billing page, you will find your current payment method and billing email address. On your plan's automatic renewal date, the subscription renewal cost will be charged using this payment method.

In a WiseStamp for Teams account, only owners can change the billing details.

To change your payment method:

  1. Click Change.

  2. Enter the information for the new payment method.

  3. Click Update.

To change your billing email address:

  1. Click Change.

  2. Enter your new email address.

  3. Click Update.


Billing history & invoices

You can view all of your previous purchases and their respective invoices issued by WiseStamp from the Plan and Billing page.

A copy of your invoice is also sent to your email address, along with a confirmation email every time there is a charge to your account.

To view your billing history:

  1. Click the Profile icon in the upper right corner.

  2. Select Plan & Billing.

  3. Scroll down to the Billing history.

To view, download, and print invoices:

  1. Inside the Billing history section, click the invoice number. The invoice opens in your browser window.

  2. Click the Download icon to download the invoice as a PDF file.

  3. Click the Print icon to print the invoice or save it as a PDF file.

If you cannot view your billing history, contact our support team.


What is BlueSnap?

BlueSnap is a payment processor we use for our subscription management. If you have a subscription to WiseStamp through BlueSnap, you will receive email notifications regarding your payments from [email protected].
