WiseStamp’s signature links let you (admin) or your employees open the Employee Hub, where you and your employees can personal details and export signatures to different email platforms. The signature link is sent directly to each person by email. To make things easier, WiseStamp includes a ready-made email template for these links. As an admin, you can change the signature link email, preview it, and choose which email platforms employees can export to. See Activate Employee Signatures for more information.
How to Send a Signature Link
Sign in to your WiseStamp account.
Click Employees in the navigation panel.
Find the employee you want to invite and click the three-dot menu next to their name.
Select send signature link. As an admin, you can also send the link to yourself by selecting their own name.
You or the employee will receive an email containing a link to the Employee Hub, where personal details can be updated and the signature can be installed on email platforms.
As soon as anyone accesses their Employee Hub, they’re automatically activated. You don’t need to use the activate toggle on the Employees page.
Signature Link Email Settings
To access the email settings from the main navigation panel, click Settings and then click Employee Hub. Then, on the Employee Hub page, go to the Signature Links section.
WiseStamp has implemented a Trust Policy to enhance security and control. To send signature links, you must first verify your email address from the Profile page. If you encounter any issues sending Invite emails, please contact our support team for assistance.
Configure the Email Subject and Sender
From the Signature Links section, review the email Subject and Sender, and change the settings if necessary. (By default, the Sender is the account owner.)
Installation instructions
From the Deployment instructions section, you can select which installation instructions are shared with the employees in their personal Employee Hub.
