Cancel Your WiseStamp Subscription (Legacy Free/Legacy Pro)

If you cancel your Legacy Pro subscription’s auto-renewal, your account is downgraded to Legacy Free at the end of the billing period. All of your account details (signatures, employee data, etc.) remain stored in the WiseStamp database.

You can resume using Legacy Pro at any time in the future without having to re-enter account details or recreate your signatures.

  1. Click the Profile icon and select Plan & Billing.

  2. Under Subscriptions, click the three-dot icon and select Cancel Subscription.

  3. Answer the question and click Confirm cancellation.

If your WiseStamp subscription is billed through PayPal or bank wire transfer, the option to cancel directly from your account settings is not available. In this case, please reach out to our support team for assistance in canceling your subscription.

  • If you signed up for an account but would like to cancel, we have a "no questions asked" 14-day refund policy. Follow these steps:

    • Log in to your WiseStamp account.

    • Navigate to the subscription settings page.

    • Follow the prompts to initiate a cancellation and refund request.

  • Your subscription is automatically renewed for successive 12-month periods.

  • If you cancel your WiseStamp subscription, you will continue to have access to the paid features until the end of your current billing period. At that time, your account is downgraded to the free version.

  • Approved refunds typically take 5-10 business days to show on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution's policies. Refunds are only available under the 14-day money-back policy from the date of purchase.
