The WiseStamp browser extension for Google Chrome enables users to manage and deploy email signatures directly from their browser. It is compatible with Gmail, Outlook Web, and Yahoo Mail. Install the WiseStamp Chrome Extension
Go to the WiseStamp page in the Chrome store and click Add to Chrome.
In the pop-up, click Add extension. A confirmation pop-up opens when the extension has been successfully installed.
For Pro+, go to your Employees page and invite the relevant employees to their Employee Hub by clicking the three-dot menu next to their name. Once invited, employees can follow the instructions in their Employee Hub to set up the Chrome extension.
To apply the signature in your email client’s composer, WiseStamp requires permission to read and change your data. It's important to clarify that we do not read or save your email content. We only ask for these permissions to insert your signature at the end of your email.

Initial sign-in to access WiseStamp Chrome extension:
Once the WiseStamp Chrome extension has been installed, you need to sign in to access its features. After installing the WiseStamp Chrome extension, open your email client in Google Chrome. The first time you do this, a prompt appears asking you to Connect or Sign in.
If your browser cache contains information about your WiseStamp account, your email address is displayed and click Connect.
If no account information is found, a message appears indicating that your account was not found. In this case, perform the following steps:
Click Sign in at the bottom of the message.
The WiseStamp sign-in screen opens, and sign in to your account.
Once signed in, a cookie is saved, and you won't need to sign in again to access the extension.

Define default signatures
As mentioned above, using the WiseStamp extension allows the use of multiple signatures for the same email account. Therefore, once the extension is installed, the default/primary signature that appears for new emails must be defined. Optionally, you can also define the signatures for reply and forward emails.
When you're logged into your WiseStamp account in the extension, open your mail program. The first time you load the email program after installing the WiseStamp extension, you will be asked if you'd like to use the signature with the specific email address. If you've already created multiple signatures, open the list at the top of the pop-up and select the signature you want to use as default. Click Use this signature.

WiseStamp Chrome extension menu
The WiseStamp Chrome extension includes an action menu that provides quick access to resources directly from your email program. To open this menu, click the WiseStamp icon in the Compose window and then select any of the following:
Edit signature details: Opens the Personal page, where you can edit details in your signature.
Sign out: Click to sign out of your WiseStamp account.
Uninstall the WiseStamp Chrome extension
Open a new tab in Chrome and go to chrome://extensions/
Find the WiseStamp extension and click Remove.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the removal process.
Refresh your email program.
Troubleshooting
I don't see the WiseStamp icon in the Compose window.
If the WiseStamp icon isn't immediately visible in the Compose window, try clicking the Layout icon.
