Who is the Free plan for?
The Free plan is for a single person who wants one professional email signature. It is meant for individual use rather than for setting up signatures for a team.
What is included on the Free plan vs. a paid plan?
The table below compares the Free plan with WiseStamp's paid plans. The Free plan covers the basics for one person, while paid plans unlock more signatures, more features, integrations, and live support.

Premium templates and design features are marked with a crown icon. The exact set of features included on the Free plan can change over time.
Why are some templates locked, and why does clicking one ask me to upgrade?
On the Free plan, only the standard template is available to use. The other templates in the gallery are locked and marked with a crown icon. When you click a locked template, WiseStamp opens the pricing options so you can upgrade to a paid plan.
To use any other template from the gallery, upgrade to a paid plan.
Why can't I save my signature, or why does it say "Premium design"?
On the Free plan you can use premium design features in the Studio while you edit, but you cannot save a signature that includes them. When your signature uses something that is not part of the Free plan, a Premium design bar appears at the bottom of the editor with two options, and clicking Done Editing will not save the signature while that bar is showing.
Upgrade to use: Takes you to the upgrade options so you can move to a paid plan and keep using the premium parts of your design.
Reset to Free: Removes the premium parts from your signature so that it can be saved on the Free plan.
Premium design controls in the editor are marked with a crown icon. If you see a crown, that control needs a paid plan before you can save the signature with Done Editing.
Can I install my signature on the Free plan?
Yes, you can install your own signature on the Free plan. Go to the Signatures page, find your signature, and click Install for me to open the installation steps for your email client. You can use any of the individual install methods, such as the Chrome Extension, Google (Gmail) Connect, the WiseStamp Desktop App, and the mobile steps. Integrations for centralized deployment require a paid plan. Copy and paste is only available on paid plans.
How do I upgrade to a paid plan?
You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time to unlock more signatures, more features, integrations, and live support. We recommend Pro+ for most individual users, but you can choose another plan that fits your needs.
On the main navigation panel, go to Plan & Billing.
Choose the plan you want (Pro+ is our recommended option, or select a different plan).
Follow the steps to complete your upgrade.
You can also upgrade from the Upgrade Now button shown at the top of your account while you are on the Free plan.
How long can I stay on the Free plan?
As long as your account stays in active use, you can continue on the Free plan at no cost. Please note that WiseStamp reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Free plan at any time. Can I delete my account?
Yes, you can delete your account at any time if you decide you no longer want to use WiseStamp.
