Client-side (Outlook Add-In): 1 → 2 → 3 → 4 → 8 → 9 → 10 → 11 → 12
Server-side (Exchange Online routing): 1 → 2 → 3 → 5 → 8 → 9 → 10 → 11 → 12
Hybrid (Add-In + server-side): 1 → 2 → 3 → 4 → 5 → 8 → 9 → 10 → 11 → 12
Enterprise add-ons (SSO, Security Group sync): insert 6 and 7 after the deployment step.
