Client-side (Auto-Inject to Gmail): 1 → 2 → 3 → 4 → 8 → 9 → 10 → 11 → 12
Server-side (Gmail routing): 1 → 2 → 3 → 5 → 8 → 9 → 10 → 11 → 12
Hybrid (Auto-Inject + server-side): 1 → 2 → 3 → 4 → 5 → 8 → 9 → 10 → 11 → 12
Add-ons (SSO, selective sync): insert 6 and 7 after the deployment step.
Deployment methods on Google Workspace
Unlike the Outlook side (single primary client-side Add-In), Google Workspace offers several client-side options plus server-side:

For organization-wide management, Auto-Inject (client-side) and server-side are the two primary paths. The Chrome Extension and Google Connect are best for individual or edge cases.
