WiseStamp will automatically identify Google domains and offer the option to integrate. The integration allows you to add your employees to WiseStamp and automatically populate your employees' Gmail accounts with the signature you created. The integration can only be done by the Google Workspace domain's super admin.
When the Sync feature is on, information from the directory (such as department, title, phone number, etc.) syncs to the relevant variables in WiseStamp. You can choose which fields will be synced from your directory to WiseStamp, and which fields will overwrite existing employee details. To import employees from your Google Workspace domain:

If you add more employees to your Google directory, you can update your employee list at any time. On the Employees page, click the three-dot menu next to Add Employees and select Sync.
On the Employees page, you can see the time of your last sync in the upper-right corner.
Archived Google Workspace users: users whose Google Workspace account status is Archived are removed from WiseStamp during directory sync, alongside users who have been fully removed from the directory. This keeps your employee list accurate and stops archived former employees from receiving signatures.
