Adding your professional signature to your phone depends on which email app you use. Choose your app below and follow the simple steps.
iOS Mail App (iPhone/iPad)
On the navigation panel, click Signatures. Each signature appears as a card. Find the signature you want, then click the blue Install button on that signature's card.
Select Apple Mail for iOS.
Click Send to send your signature to your iPhone/iPad.
Open the email through your iPhone/iPad's Mail app. If you don’t see it in your inbox, check the Promotions or Spam folder, and move it to your primary inbox if necessary.
From the email, select all the content in the email and tap Copy.
Important: Missing any part may cause formatting issues.Paste and format your signature.
Go to Settings > Mail > Signature
Tap the signature field, and paste the copied signature.
Shake your phone to activate the Shake to Undo feature and tap Undo to restore proper formatting.
Open the Mail app and compose a new email to confirm that your signature displays as intended.
Gmail App (iOS & Android)

Google Connect connects WiseStamp directly to your Gmail signature settings and applies your signature across Gmail web, desktop, and mobile. It is available on all plans and does not require a browser extension.
In the navigation panel, click Signatures. Each signature appears as a card. Find the signature you want, then click the blue Install button on that signature's card.
Select Gmail, then choose Google Connect.
3. Follow the Google Connect connection steps:
Click Sign in with Google.
In the pop-up window, select the Google account you want to connect.
Review the requested permissions and click Continue to grant access.
Wait a few moments for the connection to complete.
Open Gmail on your computer and refresh the page.
4. Next, configure the Gmail mobile app:
Open the Gmail app on your phone.
Go to Settings.
Turn the Mobile signature setting off (or leave the field blank).
Why this works
When the mobile signature is disabled in the Gmail app, Gmail automatically uses the signature synced through the Google Connect connection for all emails, including emails sent from the mobile app.
Copy/Paste
On the navigation panel, click Signatures. Each signature appears as a card. Find the signature you want, then click the blue Install button on that signature's card.
Click Gmail and then select Copy/Paste.
Click Copy.
In Gmail on your computer, click the Settings (gear icon) in the top right corner.
Click See all settings.
Scroll to Signature and paste your signature into the signature box.
Click Save Changes.
Your signature will appear in all emails sent, including those sent from the mobile Gmail app.
To use a signature in the Outlook app, open Outlook Settings and enter your signature manually.
