After January 11 2026, older versions of the WiseStamp Desktop App will no longer receive signature updates. Any updates to banners, campaigns, or legal text will not refresh automatically unless the app is updated to version 1.6.
Update Options
1. IT-managed update (GPO or MDM)
If you’d like your IT team to handle the update for all employees:

2. Employees update the app themselves
You can also have employees update the app individually:
For Windows (PC)
Download the installer: Click here to download the WiseStamp Installer.
Open the installer: In the top-right corner of your browser, double-click the downloaded file. If a Microsoft Defender window appears, click More info and then Run anyway.
Follow the installation wizard: On the final screen, make sure Launch WiseStamp is selected.
Open the WiseStamp Desktop App: Search for “WiseStamp” on your computer and open the WiseStamp Desktop App.
Done! Your update is complete.
For Mac
Open the Mac App Store.
Search for WiseStamp Signature Manager.
Click Update.
Open the WiseStamp Desktop App: Search for “WiseStamp” on your computer and open the WiseStamp Desktop App.
Done! Your update is complete.
