Based on your input, the AI Designer generates a complete signature layout, automatically organizing your details, images, and branding elements into a cohesive design. This approach saves time while still giving you full creative flexibility. The AI Designer is available within the Studio and not within the Classic Signature Editor.

How to Create Your Signature Using the AI Designer
1. Launch the Studio
Log in to your WiseStamp dashboard.
Click Signatures in the left panel.
Click New Signature (top right) and select Try the new Studio, or open an existing signature.
Choose one of two options:
Start from scratch
Use a template
You can then type your prompt, upload an image, or do both in the AI chat box right below the canvas.
2. Upload Your Visuals
Click + Upload Images in the AI chat box.
You can add a headshot, company logo, or sample designs for inspiration.
3. Prompt the AI
Use the text field to describe the signature you want.
Click the blue arrow icon or "Enter" on your keyboard to generate your signature.
If your signature uses employee or company variables, the AI Designer will not fill in individual names or details. Instead, it will create a template with placeholders, just like a standard design in the Studio.
4. Refine with Smart Suggestions
Use the Suggested actions to refine your prompts.
You can always enter new prompts or upload additional images.
Optional: manually adjust elements using the editing tools in the Studio.
5. Save
Review your signature in the canvas as you make the changes.
Click Save (top right) to finalize your signature.
FAQs
Can I change the colors the AI chose?
Yes. While the AI suggests a palette based on your logo/photo, you can manually override these at any time using the Studio tools.
What happens if I don't like the AI's first draft?
The AI is iterative. You can simply edit your prompt (e.g., "Make it more minimalist" or "Add more space between elements") and click create again to generate a new version.
What limitations does the AI Designer have?
While the AI Designer is a powerful way to speed up the creation process, it does not offer functionality beyond what is available in the Studio. Any design generated by the AI can also be built and customized manually within the Studio.
How does the AI Designer work?
When you access WiseStamp's Studio to create or edit an email signature, you can find the AI Designer below the signature preview. The AI Designer works on credits that differ for each plan. Please note that AI engine may make mistakes, make sure to review your work before using it.
What does the AI Designer need to get started?
One of two things: an image (screenshot, business card, design from Figma or Canva), or a written prompt describing your vision.
Does WiseStamp use my brand assets to train its AI?
No. WiseStamp does not use your brand assets to train its AI. Your data is used only to generate your signatures, not to train or improve our models.
Can I turn off the AI?
Yes. You can turn off AI through your settings, or contact our support team for assistance.
