Adding & Managing Social Icons

How do I add a social media icon to my signature?

Click the Social icon in the left panel of the Studio. If the platform you want isn't already listed there, click (+) Add Social Icon at the bottom of the list. You can then choose from a wide variety of supported platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and more).

How do I link my social profiles?

For each platform listed, you need to provide the destination link:

  • For URL-based platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, X): Paste the full URL of your profile or company page into the designated field, or use a variable you've already set up in company or employee data.

  • For Username-based platforms (Instagram, TikTok): Enter your specific handle or username, or use a variable you've already set up in company or employee data.

Can I use dynamic variables for social links?

Yes. By clicking the dropdown arrow on the right side of any social field, you can choose to pull a link from your Company Data or Employee Data.

  • Company Data: Uses the same brand link for everyone (e.g., the corporate LinkedIn page).

  • Employee Data: Uses a unique link for each sender (e.g., each salesperson’s individual LinkedIn profile).

For information about variables for social icons, see How to Use Variables in the Studio.

Customizing Social Icons

How do I change the order of my social icons?

To rearrange how the icons appear in your signature, simply click and hold a social media row and drag it up or down to your preferred order.

How do I remove a social icon?

If you no longer want to display a specific platform, hover over that row and click the trash icon on the right.

FAQs

My icons are showing up, but the links don't work. Why?

Ensure you have included the full address (including https://) for URL fields. If you are using a variable, double-check that the link is correctly filled out in your Company or Employee data settings.

How do I change the style (color/shape) of the icons?

To change their physical appearance—such as switching from square to round icons or changing their color—use the Design or Layout in the Social tab.
