WiseStamp recently upgraded the signature editor to the Studio, which is designed to be faster and easier to use. Your signatures are all safe and will open directly in the Studio when you click Edit.
Meet the Studio
The Studio is the next step up from the Classic Editor, and the good news is it'll feel familiar from the moment you open it. Everything you're used to is still here, just in a cleaner, more intuitive layout that's faster and easier to work with.
You'll also get a few nice upgrades along the way:
A simpler, more modern design that's easy to find your way around
More flexibility to customize your signature and make it your own
A Template Gallery with ready-made designs to help you get started quickly
Better tools to keep your branding consistent
New features and improvements added over time
In short, it's the same signature-building you already know, just smoother and with more room to create.
What's Changing
The Classic Editor will be fully retired on August 15, 2026. Here's what that means for you:
Your existing signatures will keep working and will continue to show up in your emails exactly as they do now. They will not stop working, and you don't need to recreate them.
Until August 15, 2026, you can still switch the Classic Editor back on to edit your existing signatures if you'd prefer.
After August 15, 2026, all signatures will be created and edited in the Studio.
What Happens When I Edit an Older Signature?
When you edit one of your existing signatures, WiseStamp automatically brings it into the Studio for you. You don't need to move anything yourself.
We've designed this to keep your signature looking just like it does today, and you can review it before saving any changes. If anything looks different, you can use Restore previous version to bring it right back (see below).
How to Switch Back to the Classic Editor
If you'd prefer to keep editing your existing signatures in the old editor for now, here's how to switch it back on. Please note this applies to existing signatures only. Any new signature you create will always open in the Studio.
On the main navigation panel, click Settings.
Click Organization.
Scroll to the bottom of the page.
Turn on Enable the classic signature editor.
Please note: The Classic Editor will be fully retired on August 15, 2026, after which the Studio will be the only option.
How to Restore a Previous Version of Your Signature
If one of your existing signatures looks a little different after opening it in the Studio, here's how to restore it:
Find your signature card.
Click the three-dot menu (⋮).
Select Restore previous version.
That will bring everything back to exactly how it was. Please note this restores an existing signature only. New signatures are always created in the Studio.
