What Signature Beacon Sync does
Signature Beacon Sync keeps your signature updated across every device by pinging our servers once per hour. Signature Beacon Sync is available on all plans, including the Free plan.
Before you start
Before you turn on Signature Beacon Sync, you need a WiseStamp account and at least 3 signatures saved in your dashboard. Beacon Sync will not activate with fewer than 3 signatures.
Turn on Beacon Sync
To turn on Beacon Sync, follow these steps:
In your WiseStamp dashboard, go to Settings > Beacon.
Toggle Enable Beacon Sync on.
Enter your mailbox port number (usually 465 or 587).
Click Broadcast. Sync completes in 24 to 48 hours.
Supported platforms
Signature Beacon Sync works with the following platforms:
Gmail
Outlook
Apple Mail
Yahoo Mail
Outlook Web is not supported by Signature Beacon Sync.
