Microsoft 365 Domains Integration
To use WiseStamp on Microsoft 365 domains, you need to make a connection between Microsoft 365 and WiseStamp. The integration process enables you to import your employee data, which is the first step required to deploy your WiseStamp signatures. This article reviews the Microsoft 365 integration process for WiseStamp for Team users.
!important!Only the domain's Global Admin can enable the integration. If you are not the Global Admin you will be asked to send an invitation email with the integration instructions to the Global Admin. The Global Admin needs to be connected to their Outlook account on a separate tab before integrating and needs to be signed out from any other Outlook account they might have on the same browser.!/important!
Why integrate with Microsoft directory?
Email domains are automatically identified by WiseStamp and offers the option to integrate as part of the onboarding process and afterward through the integration screen. Once integrated, you can import your employees to WiseStamp, synchronize between the WiseStamp employee information and your employee information as it appears in the Directory, automatically add new employees or delete employees who are no longer part of your organization, and eventually deploy your employee signatures into their emails.
!note! Since the Microsoft 365 integration mechanism does not allow automatic signature push, once integration is complete, you can automatically populate your employee signatures into Outlook by installing the WiseStamp Outlook Add-In or the WiseStamp App for Outlook Desktop. !/note!
Import employees using the Sync method
When the Sync specific feature is enabled, information from the directory (such as department, title, phone number, etc.) is synchronized to the relevant fields in WiseStamp. You can choose which fields are synchronized from your directory to WiseStamp, and which fields override existing employee information. To set and control the synchronizing settings, see Syncing Options and Settings.

!note! If the administrator email on WiseStamp and the domain you are trying to connect are not the same domain (for example, the administrator email is example@domain1.com and the domain you are trying to connect is domain2.com), you will be asked to send an invitation email with the integration instructions to the Domain's Super Admin.!/note!
