Introduction to WiseStamp for Teams

Employee dashboard

After the short onboarding process in which you create your first signature, you’ll land in the employee dashboard. 

This is the central hub for managing your employee signatures: activate employees, move them between groups, and updating personal information as needed.

To integrate WiseStamp with your team's emails, you have to connect to your email provider. This process imports your employee details and enables you to deploy their signatures to their emails. Once connected, all you need to do is activate them and the signature is automatically embedded in every new email they send. 

For Outlook

To integrate WiseStamp with your team's emails, simply connect your Azure Active directory. This process imports your employee details and enables you to apply their signatures. Once connected all you need to do is activate them and the signature is automatically embedded in every new email they send. Note that this step requires you to have administrator permissions in your Outlook account.

For Google Workspace

To integrate WiseStamp with your team's emails, simply connect your Google Workspace account. This process imports your employee details and enables you to auto-inject their signatures to their emails. Once connected all you need to do is activate them and the signature is automatically embedded in every new email they send.

Note that this step requires you to have administrator permissions in your Google Workspace account.

Create groups

The employee dashboard also enables you to group your employees in order to assign different signatures with different messaging or designs. By default, your employees are grouped according to their departments in your directory. However, you can group them however you want, such as by teams, divisions, office locations, or any way that is relevant to your company.

To edit or assign your signatures, or to create a new one, let’s go to the Signature dashboard. Here, you can view all your organization signatures, sort them, and see to which group each one is assigned.

You can also duplicate existing signatures to create new versions for your various needs, for example, a different signature for a specific team, or a special event. Note that there is no limit to the number of signatures you can create!

Signature editor

To modify a signature, simply click Edit to open WiseStamp’s advanced Signature Editor. The signature creative possibilities are endless: with WiseStamp editor you can easily change the signature layout, font, colors, images, social media icons, and more, until you achieve the look that best fits to your business.
